Thrombin Substrate, Boc-VPR-AMC

Boc-VPR-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate containing a thrombin-compatible Val-Pro-Arg recognition sequence. Cleavage releases AMC and enables fluorescence-based thrombin activity measurements.
