Thrombospondin-1/TGF-beta Blocking Peptide, LSKL-NH2

LSKL-NH2 is a tetrapeptide derived from the latency-associated peptide region involved in thrombospondin-1-dependent activation of latent TGF-beta. Published studies showed that the LSKL sequence can block the interaction between thrombospondin-1 and latent TGF-beta complexes, making it a useful research reagent for investigating thrombospondin-dependent TGF-beta activation and fibrotic signaling.
