TEKDYRHGNIRMKLAYDL (Ar5Y_3) is a de novo designed human PD-1-binding peptide reported in structural peptide-design studies of the PD-1/PD-L1 interface. The original work measured micromolar affinity for PD-1 and used this peptide series to examine how anchor residues derived from the ligand interface can be presented on short peptide scaffolds.
