PD-1 Binding Peptide Ar5Y_4, GNWDYNSQRAQLYNQ

GNWDYNSQRAQLYNQ (Ar5Y_4) is a de novo designed peptide ligand of human PD-1. Among the four Ar5Y peptides reported in the original study, Ar5Y_4 showed the strongest measured PD-1 affinity, with a reported dissociation constant of approximately 1.38 micromolar. It is a useful sequence-defined reagent for PD-1/PD-L1 competition and immune-checkpoint peptide studies.
