OVA-Q4H7 Peptide, SIIQFEHL

SIIQFEHL is an altered OVA(257-264) peptide ligand containing substitutions at positions 4 and 7. Q4H7 has been used in the H-2Kb/OT-I system to probe how altered peptide-MHC contacts change T-cell receptor triggering and the physical contribution of CD8 to efficient signal initiation.
