OVA-Q4 Peptide, SIIQFEKL

SIIQFEKL is a glutamine-substituted altered peptide ligand of OVA(257-264). Q4 has been used with the H-2Kb/OT-I model to study graded T-cell receptor signaling, coreceptor contribution and the relationship between peptide ligand potency and downstream T-cell activation.
