OVA-G4 Peptide, SIIGFEKL

SIIGFEKL is an altered peptide ligand derived from the OVA(257-264) H-2Kb epitope. Replacement of the fourth residue with glycine modifies the peptide-MHC/TCR interface and provides a defined reagent for comparing peptide-MHC conformations, antibody recognition and T-cell responses.
