OVA-A2 Peptide, SAINFEKL

SAINFEKL is an altered peptide ligand derived from the H-2Kb-restricted OVA(257-264) epitope SIINFEKL. Substitution at position 2 changes peptide-MHC/T-cell-receptor interactions while retaining the overall OVA epitope framework, making A2 useful for studies of altered ligand recognition and T-cell activation thresholds.
