OVA (257-264) SIINFEKL Peptide

SIINFEKL is the canonical OVA(257-264) octapeptide presented by murine H-2Kb MHC class I. It is one of the best-characterized model antigens in cellular immunology and is widely used with OT-I T cells to study antigen presentation, T-cell receptor recognition, cytotoxic T-cell activation and cross-presentation.
