KLK2b ht2 Cyclic Kallikrein-2 Inhibitory Peptide

Cyclo-ARFKVWWAN, designated KLK2b ht2, is a head-to-tail cyclic analog derived from the KLK2b inhibitor series. The KLK2 inhibitor study showed that backbone cyclization of KLK2b-derived peptides can preserve KLK2 inhibitory activity while substantially increasing resistance to proteolysis by trypsin and human plasma. This makes KLK2b ht2 a useful reagent for comparing how backbone cyclization alters inhibitor stability and activity.
