Histone H4 (1-25)-GSGSK(Biotin)

This peptide contains the first 25 residues of human histone H4 followed by a GSGS spacer and a biotinylated lysine. The H4 N-terminal tail carries major acetylation sites at Lys5, Lys8, Lys12 and Lys16 and is widely used to study histone-modifying enzymes and modification-dependent protein recognition.
