CREBtide PKA Substrate

KRREILSRRPSYR is CREBtide, a synthetic peptide substrate derived from the phosphorylation region of cAMP response element-binding protein. The peptide is an established substrate for cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA) and has been used in biochemical studies of PKA activity and kinase-substrate recognition.
