Biotinylated Phospho-MBP/MAPK Peptide, Biotin-APR-pT-PGGRR

Biotin-APR-pT-PGGRR is an N-terminally biotinylated and threonine-phosphorylated derivative of the MBP/MAPK peptide APRTPGGRR. The core PRTP sequence is derived from the myelin basic protein phosphorylation region, while the installed phosphothreonine represents the phosphorylated product state. This reagent is useful as a defined phosphopeptide standard, affinity reagent, or control in MAP kinase and phosphoprotein assay development.
