Srctide Multi-Kinase Substrate

Srctide, GEEPLYWSFPAKKK-NH2, is a synthetic tyrosine-containing kinase substrate used with Src and a broad range of receptor and non-receptor protein tyrosine kinases. The tyrosine residue provides the principal phosphorylation site, and the C-terminal amide defines this chemical form. Its broad kinase compatibility makes Srctide useful for comparative enzyme assays and screening workflows rather than as an exclusively Src-specific reporter.
