Srctide, 5-FAM Labeled

5-FAM-GEEPLYWSFPAKKK-NH2 is a fluorescent derivative of Srctide, a broad protein tyrosine kinase substrate. The N-terminal fluorescein label enables fluorescence-based detection, separation and kinase-assay formats while retaining the tyrosine-containing Srctide recognition sequence. This reagent is useful when phosphorylation measurements are coupled to fluorescence detection or mobility-based analytical methods.
