SAMS Peptide, 5-FAM Labeled

5-FAM-HMRSAMSGLHLVKRR is a fluorescent derivative of the SAMS peptide substrate used for AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) assays. The SAMS core provides a well-established AMPK phosphorylation sequence, while the N-terminal 5-FAM group enables fluorescence-based detection, chromatographic monitoring and mobility-shift assay formats. LifeTein specifies excitation and emission maxima near 494 and 521 nm for this labeled reagent.
