Biotin-ISQAVHAAHAEINEAGR is an N-terminally biotinylated version of OVA(323-339), a classic murine MHC class II/CD4 T-cell epitope. The biotin handle enables streptavidin capture, immobilization and detection while retaining the OVA class-II peptide sequence.
