| Antigen Peptide CMV pp65 is HLA-A*0201-restricted epitope from Cytomegalovirus pp65 (495-503). Human cytomegalovirus (CMV) is a species of the Cytomegalovirus genus of viruses. It is also known as human herpesvirus-5 (HHV-5). CMV pp65 (ppUL83) is the major constituent of both virions and noninfectious particles called dense bodies. They are localized predominantly to the nucleus after virus penetration and accumulates in both nucleus and cytoplasm as virus matures late in infection. The peptide NLVPMVATV can stimulate human CMV-specific CD8+ T-cells. |
