[Lys22]-Beta-Amyloid (1-42), Italian Mutation

The E22K Italian mutation reverses charge at residue 22 and is linked to familial cerebral amyloid angiopathy. In Aβ42 it provides a useful model for studying mutation-dependent assembly and vascular toxicity.
