Histone H4 (1-23) Cit3-GGK(Biotin)

Histone H4 Arg3 can be deiminated by PAD enzymes to citrulline, removing the positive charge of the arginine side chain. H4R3 citrullination can antagonize arginine methylation and alter transcription-associated chromatin regulation.
