Granzyme B Substrate, Ac-IEPD-pNA

Ac-IEPD-pNA is a chromogenic peptide substrate used for granzyme B protease assays. Granzyme B preferentially cleaves after acidic residues and participates in cytotoxic lymphocyte-mediated target-cell death.
