Granzyme B Substrate, Ac-IEPD-AMC

Ac-IEPD-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate for granzyme B. Cleavage releases AMC fluorescence and enables sensitive measurement of cytotoxic lymphocyte serine-protease activity.
