gp91ds-tat Peptide 2

RKKRRQRRRCSTRIRRQL-NH2 is a shortened gp91ds-tat construct combining a polybasic Tat-derived delivery segment with the gp91phox docking-sequence region. gp91ds-tat peptides are used to interfere with assembly of the NOX2 NADPH oxidase complex and to examine NOX2-dependent reactive oxygen species signaling. This shorter construct is chemically distinct from the longer YGRKKRRQRRRCSTRIRRQL-NH2 form and should be evaluated independently.
