EGFP (200-208) CD8 T-Cell Epitope

EGFP(200-208), HYLSTQSAL, is an H2-Kd-restricted peptide epitope used to study CD8 T-cell responses against enhanced green fluorescent protein in murine experimental systems. It can serve as a defined model antigen when EGFP is expressed as a reporter or surrogate tumor antigen.
