DPPIV/Xaa-Pro Dipeptidase Substrate, H-Ala-Pro-AFC

H-Ala-Pro-AFC is a fluorogenic dipeptide substrate for dipeptidyl peptidase IV and Xaa-Pro dipeptidase activity. Enzymatic cleavage releases the AFC fluorophore, enabling sensitive fluorescence monitoring near 380 nm excitation and 500 nm emission. The Ala-Pro motif provides a simple defined substrate for proline-directed dipeptidase assays.
