DPPIV Fluorogenic Substrate, H-Gly-Pro-AMC

H-Gly-Pro-AMC is a compact fluorogenic substrate for dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPPIV/CD26). DPPIV removes N-terminal dipeptides when proline occupies the penultimate position, and cleavage of Gly-Pro-AMC releases fluorescent AMC. This substrate has long been used for sensitive measurements of X-Pro dipeptidyl aminopeptidase activity in biochemical and cellular samples.
