CYGRKKRRQRRR-NH2 is a cysteine-extended, C-terminally amidated form of the HIV-1 Tat(47-57) cell-penetrating peptide. The N-terminal cysteine provides a thiol handle for selective conjugation to proteins, oligonucleotides, fluorophores, lipids or other cargo while retaining the arginine-rich Tat transduction sequence.

Experimental Notes
