Cys-GGG-SV40 Large T-Antigen NLS Peptide

CGGGPKKKRKVED is an SV40 large T-antigen NLS-derived peptide containing an N-terminal cysteine and Gly3 spacer followed by the basic PKKKRKVED nuclear localization sequence. The cysteine provides a conjugation handle, while the flexible glycine spacer can separate attached cargo from the NLS motif.
