Crosstide, 5-FAM Labeled

5-FAM-GRPRTSSFAEG is a fluorescently labeled Crosstide derivative for Akt/PKB kinase assays. The Crosstide sequence is recognized by Akt/PKB and several related AGC kinases, while N-terminal 5-FAM enables direct fluorescence detection and supports mobility-shift or chromatographic phosphorylation assays. LifeTein reports optical maxima near 494 nm excitation and 521 nm emission.
