CDK1 Substrate Peptide, HATPPKKKRK

HATPPKKKRK is a basic peptide substrate for cyclin-dependent kinase 1 (CDK1/CDC2). Its Thr-Pro motif provides a proline-directed phosphorylation site, and the peptide has been used in biochemical studies of CDK catalytic activation and substrate phosphorylation.
