Biotinylated Syk Kinase Peptide Substrate

Biotin-KEDPDYEWPSAK-NH2 is a biotinylated form of a tyrosine-containing Syk kinase substrate. The KEDPDYEWPSAK core provides the phosphorylation sequence, while N-terminal biotin enables streptavidin-based capture, immobilization, or detection. This format is useful for developing nonradioactive kinase assays and for separating phosphorylated peptide products from reaction mixtures.
