HiLyte Fluor 488-Aβ(1-40) is a green fluorescent derivative of human amyloid-beta 1-40. Aβ(1-40) is a major amyloid-beta species in biological fluids and cerebrovascular deposits. The HiLyte 488 reporter provides fluorescence near 503/528 nm for imaging, uptake, aggregation and trafficking studies.
