(Arg)9 Cell-Penetrating Peptide

(Arg)9 is a nona-arginine cell-penetrating peptide widely used as a model for arginine-rich membrane translocation. Polyarginine peptides interact strongly with anionic membrane components and can enter cells efficiently, making them useful as delivery vectors and mechanistic probes of CPP uptake.
