Abltide, TAMRA Labeled

5-TAMRA-KKGEAIYAAPFA-NH2 is a fluorescent derivative of Abltide, a peptide substrate for Abl protein tyrosine kinase. The Abltide sequence contains a central tyrosine phosphoacceptor and is widely used as a defined biochemical substrate for Abl-family kinase measurements. The TAMRA reporter provides strong orange-red fluorescence for direct detection, separation-based assays and kinase-screening workflows.
