Tyrosine Kinase Peptide 3, Phosphorylated

RRLIEDAE-pY-AARG is a defined phosphotyrosine-containing derivative of the pp60src-related peptide RRLIEDAEYAARG. The corresponding unphosphorylated sequence has been used as a generic protein-tyrosine-kinase substrate, whereas this reagent already contains phosphotyrosine at the central Tyr position. It is therefore best suited as a phosphorylated product standard, phosphopeptide control, or reference material for analytical and phosphotyrosine-recognition studies rather than as a phosphate-acceptor kinase substrate.
