Secretoneurin is a 33-residue neuropeptide generated by proteolytic processing of secretogranin II. The sequence TNEIVEEQYTPQSLATLESVFQELGKLTGPSNQ has been identified as endogenous secretoneurin by mass-spectrometric peptidomics.
