QXL520-TNSPRRARSVAS-K(5-FAM)-NH2 is an internally quenched peptide representing the SARS-CoV-2 spike S1/S2 junction. The sequence contains the polybasic RRAR cleavage motif introduced at the S1/S2 boundary. A QXL520 quencher and 5-FAM reporter enable fluorescence increase after proteolytic processing, providing a defined reagent for studies of furin-like cleavage and spike-processing proteases.

Experimental Notes
