OVA (323-339) Class II Epitope

ISQAVHAAHAEINEAGR is the classic OVA(323-339) MHC class-II helper-T-cell epitope. It contains a nested set of CD4 T-cell determinants and is extensively used with OT-II cells and I-Ad/I-Ab antigen-presentation systems to study helper-T-cell activation, tolerance, differentiation and antigen handling.
