NY-ESO-1 is a cancer-testis antigen expressed in multiple tumor types. This 25-residue region contains a promiscuous class II epitope reported to bind several HLA-DR and HLA-DP4 molecules and to stimulate NY-ESO-1-specific CD4 T-cell responses.
