Jak3tide JAK3 Kinase Substrate

Jak3tide, GGEEEEYFELVKKKK, is a synthetic tyrosine-containing peptide used as a phosphorylation substrate in JAK3 kinase assays. Tyr7 is the phosphoacceptor residue. The acidic N-terminal region and basic C-terminal Lys cluster provide a defined biochemical reagent for studying JAK-family catalytic activity and for developing kinase assay formats.
