Histone H3 (21-44)-GK(Biotin)

Histone H3(21-44)-GK(Biotin) contains the unmodified H3 tail segment spanning Lys27 and Lys36, followed by a glycine linker and biotinylated lysine. It provides an immobilizable reference peptide for methyltransferase, demethylase and methyl-lysine reader studies involving the H3K27/H3K36 regulatory region.
