Histone H1-Derived Peptide

GGGPATPKKAKKL is a histone H1-derived phosphorylation substrate used in biochemical studies of cyclin-dependent kinases and cAMP-dependent protein kinase. Histone H1-derived substrates have been used to characterize CDK2, CDK5/p25 and PKA catalytic mechanisms.
