HCV Protease FRET Substrate (RET S1)

RET S1 is an internally quenched substrate designed for hepatitis C virus NS3/4A protease. Cleavage disrupts EDANS/DABCYL energy transfer and provides a fluorescence readout for viral protease activity and inhibitor screening.
