[Gln22]-Beta-Amyloid (1-42), E22Q Dutch Mutation

The E22Q Dutch mutation is associated with hereditary cerebral amyloid angiopathy and alters Aβ fibril behavior and vascular-cell toxicity. This Aβ42 form provides the longer C-terminal context for mutation studies.
