[Gla17,21,24]-Osteocalcin (1-49)

Carboxylated osteocalcin contains three gamma-carboxyglutamate residues generated by vitamin K-dependent modification. These Gla residues support calcium and hydroxyapatite binding and are central to osteocalcin function in bone mineralization.
