CEF20, Cytomegalovirus pp65 (495-503)

CMV pp65(495-503) is a dominant HLA-A*0201-restricted CD8 T-cell epitope from the pp65 tegument protein. It is widely used as a positive control in CMV-specific T-cell assays, ELISPOT and intracellular cytokine analysis.
