Caspase-1 Substrate, Ac-YVAD-pNA

Ac-YVAD-pNA is a chromogenic tetrapeptide substrate associated with caspase-1/ICE activity. It is used in inflammasome and inflammatory caspase assays by monitoring p-nitroaniline release.
