Biotin-TAT (47-57)

Biotin-YGRKKRRQRRR is an N-terminally biotinylated form of the HIV-1 Tat(47-57) cell-penetrating peptide. The Tat sequence provides a compact arginine-rich transduction domain, while biotin enables streptavidin-based capture, immobilization or detection. Biotin-TAT constructs are useful in studies of TAT-mediated cargo delivery, nanoparticle functionalization and peptide-binding assays.
