Kyotorphin is an endogenous neuropeptide with a role in pain regulation in the brain.

Kyotorphin is a synthetic research peptide in the kyotorphin analgesic dipeptide family. Kyotorphin is the endogenous dipeptide Tyr-Arg, originally isolated from mammalian brain and characterized as an analgesic peptide.
