Histone H2A (1-20)-GGK(Biotin)

This construct contains human H2A residues 1-20 followed by a GG linker and biotinylated lysine. It provides an immobilizable H2A N-terminal tail for affinity capture, reader-protein interaction and histone-modification studies.

The C-terminal GGK(Biotin) extension is part of the reagent identity. It should not be merged with the H2A(1-22)-GK(Biotin)-NH2 construct, which has a longer native H2A sequence and different terminal chemistry.
